Scooter, I understand that you called to check in with Katie recently regarding a t-shirt order. I understand your concern and VERY MUCH APPRECIATE your follow up call, AND I think you should know that we BELIEVE in our relationship with your company.

When Katie came to me with her concern, we reviewed her communications with the Geiger team and decided to cal and ask for additional assistance. It was without a second thought that I knew you (and Geiger) would want us to be happy with our product and because of our long-standing relationship would do whatever it took to make it right.
