| Professional Experience: Over 30 years of experience in the promotional products industry holding senior sales management positions with Gillette, GPA Associates, Advertising Unlimited and Norwood. |
| What I Do Today: Help the company grow sales, provide the selling tools and support for our sales partners to increase their sales and commissions with Geiger. Additionally provide support and be a resource for all our sales functions. Work very hard on providing ease of doing business for our customers and sales partners. Determining the best opportunities for the company and how we respond to them. |
| Accomplishments & Recognition: CAS (Certified Advertising Specialist) designation in 1978. Have served on various PPAI and NEPPA committees.

| Outside Activities: Golf, traveling, exercising, landscape work, and time with family. |
| What Moves Me: Creating a strong team and motivating and helping them accomplish their objectives. Understanding Geiger associates, being fair, and helping them to do the best they can. Fostering commitment and trust, stimulating passion in what we do, and seeing regular teamwork.
