| Professional Experience: I owned my own business outside the industry for a decade, and a large portion of my marketing and sales dollars were in promotional products. It was there I gained insight into the industry. I started on the supplier side in 2000, and joined Geiger's management team in 2003. |
| What I Do Today: Motivate a sales force to do the best they can in a dynamic and constantly changing marketplace. |
| Accomplishments & Recognition: While on the supplier side I was a National Sales Manager and during that time the company I worked for won two PPAI Golden Pyramid Awards and an ASI choice award. All three were related to sales and marketing. I have served the industry in various capacities including member of PPAI’s Supplier Committee, PPAI’s Membership Committee, and director on NEPPA Board. |
| Outside Activities: Spending quantity and quality time with my wife of 18 years and my five children. Captain and coach of a tournament paintball team. Writing. |
| What Moves Me: Helping others, sharing skills, teaching and motivating people to do the best they can with the tools that they have. |
