Jo-an Lantz, MAS, Executive VP, Promotional Products Group

Volunteering to support the Promotional Products Industry has been a long time passion for Jo-an. She served on the Board of Promotional Products Association International from 1995–2000, including service as Chair 1998–1999.

She has served on various committees, task forces, and non profit groups including: Government Relations (Chair 1993-94), Strategic Planning (Chair 1998), Young Executives of Promotional Products Association (Treasurer 1994-96), Leadership Advisory (Chair 1999), PPCEF Promotional Products Continuing Education Foundation, CAS/MAS Alumni Board, Nominating Committee (Chair 1999), Executive Committee (Chair 1999), Compensation Committee (Chair 1999), Executive Committee (Chair 1999), International Committee (Chair 2000-02), Centennial Committee (Co-Chair 2003-04)

Jo-an was recognized for her industry contributions in 2001 with the PPAI Distinguished Service Award and was featured in 2003 Promotional Products Business as Women in the promotional products industry. In addition she has been awarded in 1997 in Maine for Women’s Leadership Award, in 1998 ASI Women In Promotional Products Industry, and in 2000 the Promotional Products Networking Person of the Year. She currently represents Geiger as the sole US member of WAGE, World Advertising Gift Exchange.

In addition to industry contributions Jo-an has served as Chair of the Maine World Trade Association 1995-1996, Maine Economic Growth Council (Co-Chair1997), Board Member of the Maine International Trade Center, and a Maine Ambassador 1996.
