| Job Description |
| Receive and process telephone orders from customers. Respond to inquiries, and requests from customers regarding orders and service. Research records and files and resolve problems within scope of authority. Use working knowledge of product line in order to promote sales, upsell and crosssell products to generate additional business.

| Qualifications |
| Individual must be articulate and aggressive and possess a clear understanding of the marketing and sales process. Previous sales experience. PC experience required.
