| Job Description |
| Under general supervision of the IT Operations Manager, install, maintain, and support all web services.
Responsible for day to day management, infrastructure design, upgrade and routine maintenance of all web technologies including Integrated Web Stores, general web sites, customer and associate portals, workflow systems and various other web applications. Launch and pull down sites as necessary.
With guidance from the eArchitect, Interface with external vendors and contractors to accomplish tasks such as upgrades, fixes, modifications and creation of new sites.
Manage databases as required to support web technologies.
Provide training to associates in regard to web technologies.
Create, read and provide feedback for specs for web services.
Test developed modifications or applications before promotion to production.
Respond to site outages on an on call basis.
Manage web projects from start to completion as assigned by the eArchitect.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

| Qualifications |
| Duties require knowledge equivalent to four years of college and knowledge of the following technologies:
HTML, XML, Java, Javascript, JSP, IIS, Apache, Zope-Plone, Sharepoint, MySQL, Tomcat, LDAP, SSL
Work requires four years of related experience as well as strong time management and process management skills.
