Flexible Time Off
|
| All regular hourly office associates and factory supervisors will be credited with seven (7) days of personal leave per year and all regular non-supervisory factory associates will be credited with five (5) days of personal leave per year to be accrued on a month-by-month basis according to the specifications of the Flexible Time Off Policy.
