| Hourly office associates have the option to adjust their work hours to provide for a later starting or ending time, longer lunch period, etc., on a regular or occasional basis. These adjustments are subject to the guidelines in the Flextime Policy and supervisory approval. Due to the nature of production work, we regret that we cannot offer this option to our factory associates at the present time.
