Mission
Our family business embraces all stakeholders. We help our customers market, promote, and motivate through the promotional products we make and distribute, and the marketing services we provide. We sell nationwide to businesses of all sizes through salespersons, printed catalogs, and the Internet.
The Geiger Way
The 9 values of The Geiger Way summarize our company's culture. These elements underlie our decisions and our work. This is who we are.
1. Quality Customer Service (QCS) is our primary goal and our commitment.
Recognizing that service to customers is our competitive edge, we will strive to understand and respond to their needs. Ultimately, we want to exceed their expectations of us.
2. We focus on solutions.
We sell customized, imprinted products, but our business is applying promotional and motivational solutions to our customers’ problems. Creativity, flexibility, and responsiveness will separate us from our competition.
3. Continuous improvement leads to lasting success.
Each of us, every associate, is personally responsible for making improvements (no matter how small) to the job we do every day. We will work to reduce our costs as vigorously as we strive to improve the quality of our products and services. Errors and missteps, an inevitable part of the learning process, necessitate change.

We will hire good people and treat them with respect. Development of each person through training, empowerment, and recognition of accomplishment is important to business results and individual performance.
