As CEO of the Geiger Group since 1994, Gene is the fourth generation Geiger to lead the family business. During his tenure, the company has risen to become the nation’s largest privately held distributorship, even as it has held true to the core values that have served as its foundation for 130+ years. He has been recognized by the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) as “Person of the Year” and by the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) with its “Distinguished Service” award. He has served twice on the PPAI Board of Directors and four times as President of Diary Publishers International. Each year he has been ranked in the top 10 on ASI’s “Power 50” list. Gene is a 1971 graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Pete has served Geiger in a number of capacities since joining the family business in 1973. He is currently EVP of the Special Markets Group. Additionally, he is the Editor of the Farmers’ Almanac™, a 194 year old publication that has become am American tradition in over 5 million households annually. He has been interviewed over 6,000 times on radio, television and newspapers all over the US and Canada. Pete is an active volunteer both on the Board of PPAI and many education activities including the Maine State Board of Education and the Maine Coalition for Excellence in Education.

A member of the PPAI Hall of Fame, Jo-an serves as Executive Vice President for Geiger and is a member of the Geiger Board of Directors. She represents Geiger as the sole U.S. member and Presidium Vice President for the international group WAGE (World Advertising Gift Exchange), which represents 25 countries. She was named ASI International Person of the Year (2004), and is recognized as one of ASI's "Power 50." Jo-an is former Chair of the Board of Directors for PPAI and has served many industry groups and associations during her career in the promotional products industry.

As Geiger’s Vice President of Operations for the Promotional Products Group, Sheila oversees all operations related to customer service and sales support for Geiger’s corporate office staff as well as Geiger’s field offices located around the country. Since 1977 Sheila has served Geiger in many capacities including billing clerk, accounts payable clerk, bookkeeper, sales manager, and customer service manager.

Gary oversees a team of creative marketing professionals who keep information flowing to sales partners. He also works with Geiger’s production partners to leverage the company’s competitive strength and ensure the most aggressive buying power for sales partners. Gary works with Geiger teams to strengthen their effectiveness. His rich experience at Geiger began in 1980 and has included positions in human resources, sales support management, and quality and safety. His greatest moments are recognizing strengths in others and celebrating the accomplishments of his team.

In 1984 Laura left her job as vice president of a savings company to purchase a small promotional products distributorship with her husband, Glen Holt, and stepson, Tim. Together they grew Holt Marketing Group, Ltd. until they sold the successful company to Geiger in 2000. Laura is now serving as Vice President of the West Region for Geiger. She was ASI’s Women of Distinction in 2008 and currently serves on the PPEF board. Laura was trade show chair for two years for AzPPA “Arizona Promotional Products Association”. Laura enjoys working with Sales Partners and their clients to provide branding solutions.

In 1994 Fred joined Geiger as a division manager for Martin Meyers Company, then a division of Geiger. Today Fred serves as Geiger's Regional Vice President in the East. From day one Fred focused on education and the industry, which resulted in his earning both CAS and MAS certifications. His strong commitment to industry involvement led to his being chosen as one of the "People to Watch in the 2000's" by Counselor magazine and most recently by PPB Magazine as “Best Bosses 2010”. Fred has served on several local and national committees including RAC Board 1999, President of SACDV in 2000, and a current board member and Vice President at SACDV. He has also been a contributor to many national industry publications such as PPB, Counselor and PromoMarketing. Fred's quest for knowledge is unending, and he works every day with his sales partners to help them learn more, utilize the tools and support Geiger offers, and grow their sales business.

Craig joined Geiger in 2007 with 16 years dedicated experience and professionalism in the promotional products industry. His sales and management accomplishments span 3 decades. He has served on the board of directors for the Promotional Marketing Association of Northern California and is a past President of that organization. Craig has presented educational seminars at the national level and provided coaching and training programs with a focus on using technology to manage the sales process and development of permission marketing programs. Frank is Geiger's division manager for the Northwest. Frank is a third generation member of the promotional products industry, having followed in his family's business which was Elliott Sales Corp. of Tacoma, Washington through its acquisition by Geiger in 2006. As a division manager, Frank thoroughly enjoys his regular interaction with sales partners, helping them understand the tools and support Geiger offers, and grow their sales business. He also is a proud dad to his daughter, Joan, who is the office manager for Geiger's Tacoma office, and the fourth generation of his family to have a career in promotional products.

Kathy brings her sales expertise and corporate training skills to Livgeiger, a new business unit for Geiger dedicated to communicating the importance of wellness through promotional products. The premier product for Livgeiger is the Liv, an aid for performing breast self-exams endorsed by Olivia Newton-John. Kathy is also a breast cancer survivor giving her intrinsic knowledge of breast cancer and the urgency of detecting cancer early. Prior to coming on board with Livgeiger, Kathy served for as a medical device sales representative and sales trainer for Johnson and Johnson for 15 years.
