Harolde Savoy commented, "SunGraphix diaries and journals have been the American gold standard, on par with the best made anywhere in the world. They fit our production skills and complement our product line nicely." He added, "The Blueline/Rediform group is truly excited about entering the promotional market with the acquisition of SunGraphix. We are getting a great group of very experienced people who will form the core of our new division and will have the ability to grow this division for many years to come."

SunGraphix has previously announced its Sullivan Daily Date collection has been acquired by Warwick Publishing, and it is currently negotiating to find a firm to assume production of the Farmers’ Almanac.
Blueline/Rediform is new to most promotional industry people, but they are a long-time, powerful presence in retail and office products markets. Founded in 1917, Blueline is a North American group of companies manufacturing and distributing innovative, superior quality office products designed to simplify life. Their product line includes well-known diaries, planners, notebooks, business forms, and accounting supplies.
The line includes more than 1,200 products made from eco-friendly processes and materials (with FSC Certification) sold commercially and at retail in Canada, Unites States, and Mexico. Over the years, the company has expanded through a number of acquisitions which were successfully integrated.
- In 1998 Dominion Blueline Inc., acquired Rediform Inc, based in Coppell, Texas one of the U.S. largest supplier of stock of business forms. Blueline was successful in integrating quickly the Rediform operation within its organization.
- In November 2006, Blueline/Rediform acquired the National brand line of note-taking and accounting supplies from Avery Dennison Office Products and again the integration was completed successfully.
The Blueline/Rediform team is confident that the acquisition of SunGraphix in its operation will be successfully integrated with minimal impact on customer service. For more information contact Anita Jalbert, VP Sales (email@example.com, 207-755-2353).
