Administrative Customer Care Specialist
Under supervision of Director of Corporate Programs, associate will perform clerical support functions and administrative duties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Follow through to completion, sales order line items including ship dates and tracking numbers. Communicate with the customer regarding ship dates of orders.
- Data Entry
- Maintain and order supplies for the department.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and faxes
- Assist office supervisor and personnel on special projects and assignments
- Perform factory follow-up functions
Duties require knowledge equivalent to graduation from high school and general knowledge of computer software, including basic Microsoft Office application. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Outlook required. One year of related clerical experience.
