UK David Geiger, Esq. Named Vice President and General Counsel at Geiger, Continuing 5th Generation Legacy
Lewiston, Maine, May 4, 2023 - Geiger, the largest privately held and family-owned promotional products distributor in the world, is pleased to announce the promotion of David Geiger as Vice President and General Counsel. David, a fifth-generation member of the Geiger family, previously served as General Counsel for the company.
In his new position, David will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters for the global organization, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, licensing, and risk management. In addition, he will oversee Geiger’s efforts on sustainability and social responsibility. He will also continue to serve as a key member of Geiger’s executive team and board of directors, helping to drive strategic growth across all aspects of the business.

David joined Geiger in 2007 in manufacturing engineering services and later served as Compliance Manager. He graduated from the University of Maine School of Law and received his B.S. in Business Management from the University of Southern California.
